Where does NINONERA ship?＋
We currently ship across the United States. Any available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout for your address.
How long will my order take?＋
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
How do I track my order?＋
When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also review order information through your customer account.
Can I change or cancel an order?＋
Email support@ninonera.shop as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing.

How should shapewear fit?＋
It should feel secure and smoothing while allowing a full breath and natural movement. Pinching, numbness, sharp rolling or restricted breathing are signs to size up or try another style.
What if I am between sizes?＋
For a softer hold, choose the larger size. For bras, use your band and bust measurements together and review the product-specific fit notes.
How should I wash NINONERA pieces?＋
Always follow the garment label. As a gentle default, wash cool in a mesh bag with mild detergent and air dry away from direct heat.
What is the return window?＋
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds information; final-sale items are excluded.
