Edges should remain comfortable, with no sharp folding, cutting, or painful pressure.
Bands and openings should stay in place instead of climbing, rolling, or shifting dramatically.
Walk, bend, and turn. A good fit follows your body and returns to position.
Loosen straps first. If the band still rises, try a smaller band with the appropriate sister cup size.
Reposition breast tissue with a gentle scoop-and-swoop. Persistent gaping may mean the cup is too large or the cup shape is not right for you.
Confirm the garment is pulled fully into position and seams are aligned. Repeated rolling often means the size is too small, the torso length is mismatched, or the support level is wrong.
